Largs Yacht Haven

Largs Yacht Haven provides a superb base for SeaSkills motor cruising programme (and we also offer powerboat courses there).

The Yacht Haven is based amongst lochs and islands with fishing villages and harbours as near as half an hour away. The inner Clyde offers ideal day cruising whilst the more open west coast and Ireland is only a day away. Everywhere lies the background of Scottish mountains and wildlife

All tide access is available to the marina which is well sheltered by the adjacent Cumbrae Islands and the islands to the west.  No significant swell develops in the Largs channel.

Facilities ashore are excellent. Toilet and washing facilities have recently been refurbished to a high standard, and are available 24 hours a day .The marina is manned 24 hours a day. The bridgeheads are controlled by access gates operated by either a daily PIN number or security cards. Marina car parks are also controlled by an access barrier. CCTV surveillance exists throughout the marina.
